Cottage 3 is our smallest unit. It is an air-conditioned one level unit.

The unit consists of a full kitchen, eating area, a family room with a fireplace and full size sofa sleeper, a bath with a shower, and a bedroom your choice of a king or two twin beds.

This unit sleeps 4 comfortably. There is room for a twin size aerobed.
