2 weeks prior to booking.
Payment in full plus $150.00 security deposit due upon
arrival. Security deposit
will be returned 1 week after check out providing facilities
are clean and undamaged after inspection.
Cancellations: Deposit returned less $50.00 service charge
provided cottage is re-rented.
Included with cottage: Linens & blankets, TV &
VCR, kitchen with stove,
refrigerator & microwave, cooking utensils and tableware,
fireplace,
fenced dog kennel with dog house, row boat or canoe, gas grills, porta-crib,
and high chairs.
