The family room offers 2 sofa beds, one queen and one full size.  The family room also has a fireplace.  It serves up a full eat in kitchen.  The kitchen has a microwave, gas stove, full refrigerator, coffee maker, pots, pans, silverware, glassware and dishes.  The unit also has a full bath with tub.  Outside you will find a firepit and gas barbeque grill.
